GPACC cohosts and promotes "Shen Yun". Inspired by the spirit of an ancient culture, Shen Yun Performing Arts brings to life classical Chinese dance and music in a gloriously colorful and exhilarating show. Based on ancient heroic legends and modern courageous tales, the breathtaking beauty of Shen Yun Performing Arts is not to be missed. This extraordinary Chinese music and dance performance group will grace the stage of the Academy of Music for two performances only: Saturday, January 2, 7:30 p.m., Sunday, January 3, 2:00 p.m. Academy of Music is located at 240 South Broad Street, on Philadelphia’s famed Avenue of the Arts.
